Summary

Join Skyward IT Solutions as a PMO Lead to support a large program for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Responsibilities include developing processes, forecasting resource requirements, acting as a liaison between project managers and stakeholders, establishing consistency in project management practices, monitoring progress, overseeing communication efforts, and collaborating with team leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 10 years of experience in a PMO role
• Thorough understanding of project management best practices
• Experience leading the implementation of large-scale projects
• Agile certification (i.e., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner)
• Experience with one or more different agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, or SAFe
• Experience managing matrixed teams
• Strong leadership, conflict management and negotiation skills

Benefits

$125,000 - $190,000 a year
