Presales Consultant

Summary

Join Centric Software's Presales team in France as an enthusiastic and motivated individual with extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Food Private Label retail, or Cosmetics business processes. The team is home-based, reporting to the regional Head of Presales, with occasional overnight travel. Responsibilities include working with prospective customers to identify business needs, configuring software, contributing to RFPs and SOWs, demonstrating software benefits, fostering customer relationships, and communicating new features. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, collaborative, knowledgeable in relevant industries, comfortable presenting to various customer roles, and possesses excellent organizational and time management skills. Additional familiarity with PLM/PDM, Adobe Illustrator/CAD tools, ERP, and writing expressions/site.xml is beneficial. Requirements

• Highly self-motivated as well as the ability to collaborate with a team
• Have an in-depth knowledge about Food and Beverage and/or Private Label retail business, or Cosmetics industry
• Feel comfortable presenting to all Customer roles from administrative to c-suite
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Resourcefulness, adaptability and creative thinking

Responsibilities

• Working directly with prospective Customers to identify their business problems and pain points
• Configure the software and create data that best reflect the prospects requirements
• Contribute to writing RFPs and SOW
• Demonstrate the business benefits embedded in the software with enthusiasm
• Foster relationships to build trust with both Prospects and Customers
• Ongoing communication with existing Customers to keep them informed of new features and future growth opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with PLM/PDM
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator / CAD tools
• Familiarity with ERP
• Familiarity with writing expressions / site.xml
