Summary
Join Uberall as a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant/Engineer and help businesses boost their online presence. You will work with Enterprise Sales and Success teams, supporting them in discovering and developing opportunities to help customers achieve their local customer engagement and acquisition objectives. Leverage your SaaS technical architecture and integration experience to collaborate with customers and internal teams, establishing technical frameworks for integrated digital experiences. Build and present customized product demonstrations, provide impactful analysis, and engage in multifaceted problem-solving. Manage RFP responses and internal stakeholder collaboration, while attaining quarterly and annual objectives. Form relationships with digital marketing and technical leaders, guide customer strategic thinking, and represent Uberall at marketing events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, Search, or Solution (Sales) Engineering roles
- Graduate degree preferred, ideally a Master's in business, marketing, or a technical discipline
- Comfortable presenting to C-Level audiences
- Solid understanding of technology and SaaS solutions design, delivery, and support (technical expertise not required)
- Familiarity with working with SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEM, SEO, Local Search, and GBP, developed through experience with brands, agencies, or digital marketing technology providers
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously to solve complex problems
- Fluent in English - Additional languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Leverage your experience in understanding SaaS technical architecture and integration scenarios to excel in this role
- Collaborate with customers and internal Uberall teams to establish the technical framework for integrated digital experiences
- Understand customer needs and position the company's product as the optimal solution
- Build and present customized product demonstrations
- Provide impactful analysis, insights, and support materials throughout the opportunity and deal processes
- Engage in multi-faceted problem-solving, including investigating custom requests, finding workarounds, exploring APIs, and creating POCs and demos
- Manage RFP documentation responses and internal stakeholder collaboration with Engineering, Legal, and DPO
- Attain assigned quarterly and annual objectives
- Form relationships with digital marketing and technical leaders to understand their KPIs and help build a business case for Uberall
- Guide customer strategic thinking and introduce new digital marketing initiatives using commercial and digital business model knowledge
- Represent the Uberall brand and solutions at marketing events and seminars when necessary
- Collaborate with other Uberall teams and global Pre-Sales Solutions colleagues to support opportunities
- Work internally with Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Legal to ensure Uberall solutions meet market needs
