Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with most of that time working on Growth teams or similar at a product-led growth company
• A love of high-quality, well-crafted user experiences and strong intuition for developer tools
• Ability to leverage data and qualitative insights to develop strong hypotheses and excellent collaboration skills to translate hypotheses into winning experiments
• Exceptional communication skills across writing and conversation
• Demonstrated track record in tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear outcomes
• Ability to be generative and creative when coming up with new ways to support developers as they're getting started on a new platform

Responsibilities

• Lead the Growth product team at Render
• Run a high velocity experiment-driven team
• Deeply understand Render's customer funnel and apply creativity and analytical skills to identify the highest leverage opportunities to improve it
• Partner closely with core product teams on driving adoption for new products
• Be the voice of the first-time user at Render and influence Product and Go-to-market decisions throughout the org with this key audience in mind

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on pricing and packaging at a SaaS or developer tools company
• Experience as a developer professionally or a technical background
