Requirements

  • 5+ years of software product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • You have strong communication skills and are adept at conveying product ideas both verbally and in writing
  • You love talking to customers and finding new ways to delight them
  • You are comfortable spearheading greenfield projects and showcase a drive to own impactful projects from ideation to post-launch
  • You are collaborative and have experience working closely with engineers, designers, customer-facing teams, and other stakeholders
  • You are able to quickly learn new domains
  • You are ambitious and eager to contribute to and grow with a fast paced, high growth startup
  • You are comfortable with context switching and find satisfaction in creating order from chaos

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the contracts and billing products
  • Triage and resolve product support requests from customer facing teams
  • Create internal and external facing product documentation
  • Engage directly with customers to provide technical support, discover project opportunities and gather evidence
  • Maintain and manage evidence in ProductLane
  • Write clear, coherent product requirements that serve as a reference for other teams
  • Work with engineering to create milestones that segment projects into logical, progressive checkpoints for iterative QA
  • Own formal processes, such as project handoff/kickoff, check-ins, QA, and release
  • Communicate with other teams about projects that will impact them
  • Take responsibility for the detailsβ€”PMs are accountable for ensuring high-quality work reaches customers

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with accounting and / or working on accounting software preferred
