Join CoinsPaid, a leading crypto payment solutions provider, as a Product Manager to spearhead the development of our Core Cryptogate product. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap, prioritizing requests from various teams, and ensuring successful implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of product development, blockchain principles, and crypto payments. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the crypto or payments domain. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in the crypto or payments domain
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, including experience in guiding projects from concept to delivery and coordinating across various stages of development
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and various internal departments, to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables
• Skilled in evaluating and prioritizing requests from multiple teams, balancing competing needs, and making data-driven decisions to deliver the most impactful components
• Strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and user workflows, with excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and roadmap execution
• Understanding blockchain principles and crypto payments operations

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic planning and goals of the product line in the area of crypto services development
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, including priorities and timelines
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure the successful implementation of product tasks
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and enhancements
• Describe and validate the business logic of solutions
• Understand the delivered value, and have a clear understanding of the ecosystem in which the service operates
• Identify and address problems promptly to ensure smooth product development
• Clearly and concisely communicate the business value of solutions to the team and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in creating and managing products in the FinTech, Crypto or B2B space
• Understanding the specifics of developing and implementing financial products for businesses
• Understanding of working with the acquiring/payment processing
• Understanding compliance requirements: knowledge of regulatory requirements for reporting and financial control
• Data analysis and BI tools: skills in working with business intelligence tools and building reports
