Requirements

• Proven product management experience: 4+ years in product management (B2B2C or B2B), demonstrating a strong track record of launching and growing successful products
• Entrepreneurial spirit: you have launched a new product from scratch (startup experience or driving new initiatives within a larger organization). We highly value an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership
• Prototyping skills: experience quickly validating and prototyping ideas, especially using AI, no-code or unconventional techniques
• Technical understanding: relevant technical knowledge that enables you to participate confidently in technical discussions with developers
• Data-driven mindset: analytical skills to synthesize product usage data, break down broad ideas and derive actionable insights
• Communication and energy: a high level of enthusiasm, a strong sense of ownership, and outstanding communication abilities
• Adaptability and autonomy: ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and freedom. "Hands-on" approach with the flexibility to switch between strategic thinking and operational tasks
• Amazing communication skills in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and key results for your team to grow the value we provide to doctors, and in-turn the revenue we generate from them
• Experiment to refine your solutions and go-to-market strategies
• Work directly with local teams in customer success, sales and marketing to identify the right problems to solve, and build a shared understanding of the opportunity space
• Deep dive into actual and potential customers, to understand their needs, pains and operations to deliver something really actionable, adapted and scalable
• Being an expert on the sector - deeply understand competition, stay on top of the market, and deliver insights on how to make a difference from a Product perspective
• Influence business leaders using data and other evidence, to align the company around your product strategy and evangelise the vision to all the teams
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and analysts to build amazing solutions that doctors and patients love to use

Preferred Qualifications

• Software engineering background
• Experience taking a product from idea to profit on your own
• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience in a SaaS product
