Remote Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Experience with product management for developer tooling for technical users
• Technical understanding of DevOps, SaaS, Cloud
• 2-5 years of product management experience
• Ability to work independently as well as with users across timezones
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders - design, engineering, customer success, sales
• Good time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Driving user interviews
• Gathering requirements from users through engaging user interviews
• Synthesizing requirements into detailed PRDs
• Relaying all the relevant information and motivations behind each feature request
• Representing the user (developers and DevEx teams) in the development process
• Closing the loop with users to validate that the right features have been built
