Product Manager

Summary

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product, balancing customer insights with strategic decisions. You will engage directly with customers, analyze product performance, and support product launches. Your responsibilities include translating product ideas into specifications, conducting research, and driving alignment across teams. You will also support customer onboarding and contribute to our mission of creating a sustainable aviation future. This role requires experience in product management, strong design thinking skills, and excellent data analysis abilities. A technical background and familiarity with product management software are advantageous.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Strong design thinking skills, focusing on understanding user needs, aspirations and concerns to solve their problems effectively
• Effective project management skills by planning and managing time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent data analysis skills through conducting and analyzing user research, interviews, A/B tests, user flows, heatmaps, adoption rates, and competitor analyses
• Good understanding of UX design principles, coupled with the ability to collaborate clearly and efficiently with Product Designers
• Your spoken and communication skills in English are outstanding, allowing you to clearly articulate complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers and the Engineering to translate product ideas into clear requirements, detailed specifications, and interactive prototypes
• Engage directly with customers, through online meetings and on-site visits, to deeply understand their journeys, gather valuable feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Support product launch preparations, working closely with communication and customer success teams to develop documentation, training materials, and demonstrations
• Collaborate with product marketing to define and evaluate communication plans, ensuring consistency with product strategy and effective messaging
• Conduct research through customer interactions, internal stakeholders, market studies, and competitive analyses to continuously generate new, innovative product ideas
• Participate in daily or weekly status updates to track team progress and assist the Engineering and Quality Assurance teams in testing and validating features before launch
• Drive alignment across teams, communicate clearly the product vision, and motivate collaboration throughout the company
• Support the Implementation Team in effectively onboarding new customers onto the LimeFlight platform

Preferred Qualifications

• A technical background, especially familiarity with backend systems such as APIs and databases is a significant advantage
• Experience with Product Management Softwares like Productboard or Jira Product Discovery
• You are flexible, adaptable, and motivated by continuous learning, with excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges
