Summary
Join LimeFlight's fully remote team revolutionizing inflight service management with a SaaS solution. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product, balancing customer insights with strategic decisions. You will engage directly with customers, analyze product performance, and participate in product launches. Conducting market research and driving team alignment are key aspects of the role. Contribute to onboarding new customers and help shape a zero-waste future for aviation. This role offers opportunities for continuous learning and growth within a dynamic, mission-driven company.
Requirements
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Have a solid understanding of UX principles, strong analytical capabilities (user research, interviews, A/B tests, heatmaps, competitor analysis), and familiarity with project management and design thinking
- Be flexible, adaptable, and motivated by continuous learning, with excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges
- Have outstanding communication skills, allowing you to clearly articulate complex topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Be intrinsically motivated to join LimeFlight and enthusiastic about contributing to our mission for sustainable aviation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Engineers, and Delivery teams to translate user feedback and product ideas into clear requirements, detailed specifications, and interactive prototypes
- Engage directly with customers, through online meetings and on-site visits, to deeply understand their journeys, gather valuable feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements
- Monitor product performance, analyse data, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Participate actively in product launch preparations, working closely with communication and customer success teams to develop documentation, training materials, and demonstrations
- Conduct research through customer interviews, internal stakeholders, market trends, and competitive analysis to continuously generate new, innovative product ideas
- Drive alignment across teams, communicate clearly the product vision, and motivate collaboration throughout the company
- Support the Implementation Team in effectively onboarding new customers onto the LimeFlight platform
Preferred Qualifications
Have a technical background, especially familiarity with backend systems such as APIs, databases, and SQL
