Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or similar product-focused roles
  • Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle in digital products and Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with manual QA testing, including test case design and execution
  • Experience with Jira, Trello, or other project management and bug tracking tools
  • Comfort working in technical domains (APIs, backend services, enterprise-level platforms)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to lead initiatives without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for building impactful products

Responsibilities

  • Lead product initiatives from discovery and ideation through scoping, launch, and iteration
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to define and deliver platform and digital product features
  • Drive API productization and ensure that backend services and platform capabilities are robust and scalable
  • Contribute to manual QA testing processes, including writing and executing test cases
  • Utilize tools like Jira, Trello, or similar for project tracking and management
  • Produce clear documentation and communication materials to support collaboration
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, with a bias for action and ownership
