Summary
Join Sollis Health as a Product Manager and become the voice of the customer, driving the end-to-end product development process for in-house technology solutions. You will own the product roadmap, translating strategic goals into actionable deliverables and managing the product backlog. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to gather insights and translate them into product features, ensuring high-quality products that meet user needs. You will advocate for a patient-first approach, conduct user research, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree required
- Lead a product development team consisting of Software Engineers to solve customer problems specific to a part of our overall product strategy
- 3-5 year's experience in product ownership and/or product management in a required role is desired
- Consistently manage and prioritize the product backlog for your development team
- Healthcare Industry experience is required, Athena EMR a plus
- Scrum Agile Experience/ Advocacy: Experience with Agile development is required; Agile or lean product certification a plus
- Experience using JIRA is required
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with Sollis Health's mission to provide seamless, immediate access to world-class medical care
- Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience through innovative technology solutions
- Work closely with clinical, membership, and operational teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable product features
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet user needs
- Be able to put together a high-level mock-up for the requests made by the stakeholders
- Advocate for a patient-first approach in all product developments, ensuring that digital solutions are intuitive and enhance the overall member experience
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings
- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Utilize analytics and key performance indicators to inform product decisions and measure success
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Sollis Health remains at the forefront of medical concierge services
- Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Gather and incorporate feedback from members, providers, and internal teams to refine product offerings
- Ensure that all products meet the high standards of quality and excellence associated with Sollis Health
- Oversee testing and validation processes to deliver reliable and effective solutions
- Performs related tasks as requested
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with third-party integrations preferred
- Start-up experience is strongly preferred
- Engineering or technical education and experiential background is preferred
- Be comfortable with a very fast paced, dynamic environment
- Must be detail oriented with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Able to prioritize and communicate impacts to the business with confidence
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Experience in a growth stage company and the ability to be flexible and innovative as we grow and scale is critical
