Summary

Join Stitch Fix's Selection Product Team as a Product Manager to lead the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Team and revolutionize pricing and product lifecycle management. This is a brand-new role where you will build tools that optimize inventory performance and drive business results. You will own the product roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, translate strategies into scalable tools, and drive strategic alignment. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of product management experience in pricing, recommendation systems, inventory planning, or retail tech. You'll be a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, data-driven, and possess excellent product instincts. This role offers the chance to build from scratch and make a significant impact on Stitch Fix's evolution.

Requirements

  • You have 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in pricing, recommendation systems, inventory planning, or retail tech
  • You’re a strategic thinker who sees the big picture and can bring your ideas through to execution
  • You’re a strong collaborator and communicator who brings stakeholders along and navigates ambiguity with clarity and confidence
  • You have a data-driven mindset, with the ability to partner closely with data science to develop intelligent product solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for key PLM initiatives — from vision to execution to impact
  • Partner deeply with cross-functional teams in merchandising, engineering, data science, and finance to turn complex business problems into elegant product solutions
  • Translate pricing and liquidation strategies into intuitive, scalable tools that empower teams to act decisively and intelligently
  • Drive alignment on strategy across the org through clear storytelling and strong influence
  • Develop a deep understanding of retail best practices to combine with best in class data science solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus if you’ve helped launch a product from zero to one in a startup or fast-paced environment
