Product Manager - ML/AI

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management or engineering experience, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML products, or intelligent automation
• Strong technical fluency—comfortable working with engineering and AI/ML teams
• Track record of delivering ML/AI-driven features with measurable business and user impact
• Deep empathy for users and ability to turn fuzzy problems into elegant, intuitive solutions
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ML/AI
• Utilize Pacvue’s wealth of data to build ML/AI models
• Partner closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to develop safe, scalable, and high-performing ML/AI
• Conduct deep user research to understand real pain points and map opportunities where autonomy and intelligence drive step-change value
• Define product requirements and success metrics with clarity and precision
• Continuously evaluate the evolving ML/AI ecosystem—tools, models, frameworks —and determine their fit for our products
• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption, user trust, and measurable impact from ML/AI-powered features

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the eCommerce or adtech ecosystem is a big plus
