Summary
Join Broadvoice's marketing team as a Product Marketing Associate, working remotely from Portugal. You will support product marketing efforts through market research, sales tool management, and performance dashboard maintenance. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence resources, such as battlecards, to support sales and marketing efforts
- Monitor and report on industry news and emerging market opportunities
- Maintain and update marketing and sales performance dashboards
- Gather, analyze, and visualize data to provide insights on campaign effectiveness and product performance
- Assist in preparing regular reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support the creation, organization, and updates of sales tools, presentations, and collateral to align with current product messaging and branding
- Manage and organize content within tools like Seismic to ensure accessibility and usability for the sales team
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure materials are visually engaging and aligned with strategic goals
- Use project management tools (e.g., Monday, Seismic) to track and manage marketing initiatives and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing projects and campaigns
- Provide administrative support for team workflows and timelines, identifying potential bottlenecks or risks
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in tools like Monday.com, Seismic, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
