Requirements

  • Completed university study in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Over eight years of experience in a marketing or communications role, some of which will have been delivered in a B2B environment
  • 15+ years proven experience in Marketing, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Affinity with the healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to marketing
  • Great attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a changing and growing business environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, with a strong focus on product marketing, to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Create and oversee the development of marketing plans, including product launches, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to understand product features, benefits, and customer needs, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and product development
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats related to the company's products and make data-driven recommendations
  • Develop compelling product narratives and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate our products in the market
  • Create marketing collateral, including product datasheets, brochures, presentations, and sales tools, to support the sales team in effectively promoting our products
  • Lead product-focused campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and events, to drive product adoption and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to product marketing
  • Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing initiatives, tracking key metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the product marketing space, applying best practices to enhance our product marketing efforts
  • Manage external agencies and vendors as needed for product marketing projects
  • Conduct market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and future products/services. Leverage both primary and secondary research methodologies to gain a deep understanding of the target markets, customer segments, and buyer personas
  • Work closely with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing Communications teams to ensure that market insights and analysis inform product strategy, feature development, and market messaging
  • Measure and analyze product performance in the market using KPIs, such as market share, sales volume, and growth rates. Evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing strategies and campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all product marketing materials and campaigns
