Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in a SaaS technology company
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically. Proven experience developing successful go-to-market strategies and positioning complex products in competitive markets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Strong knowledge of B2B market research methodologies and competitive analysis. Familiarity with customer personas, segmentation, and buyer journey mapping
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed recommendations. Experience with metrics-driven marketing approaches
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment, especially with product, sales, and demand generation teams
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), product analytics tools (Pendo/FullStory), and other relevant marketing technologies
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Shape product positioning and messaging to differentiate our products across verticals. Develop compelling narratives that clearly communicate the value proposition to various buyer personas
- Conduct in-depth B2B market research and analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive threats. Use insights to shape product marketing strategies and provide feedback to product teams
- Partner with the product, sales, implementation, and customer success teams to create impactful enablement materials such as product presentations, sales playbooks, case studies, objection-handling guides, and competitive battlecards
- Oversee the creation of product-related content, including datasheets, white papers, blog posts, website copy, videos, and webinars that effectively communicate product benefits to a B2B audience
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing activities, such as feature adoption rates, and market share. Report regularly on performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure product marketing aligns with the broader company strategy and goals
