Requirements
- Crypto Native: 5 + years of experience in the crypto space with a deep understanding of its culture, trends, and audience behavior
- Product Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in creating and executing GTM strategies, within the crypto space
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, BD, and Research teams to develop cohesive strategies
- Market Research Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to identify key product features and audience needs
- Campaign Management: Hands-on experience with managing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and using insights to inform strategies
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to craft compelling messaging for diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Identify value propositions for our staking product suite
- Conduct market research to position products effectively, working closely with Product, Business Development, and Research teams
- Identify product features that resonate with diverse target audiences, including institutional and retail segments
- Develop and oversee Go-to-Market campaign plans in collaboration with BD, Product, and Research teams
- Manage product KPIs and campaign budgets
- Execute campaigns across marketing channels—working with Content, Social, Performance, and PR teams to deliver consistent messaging via landing pages, paid ads, blog posts, product pages, and sales brochures
- Monitor market and customer responses, creating effective feedback loops to inform future strategies
- Develop and implement post-launch growth campaigns to sustain product momentum
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement
