Requirements
- 3+ years in a B2B product marketing role preferably in B2B SaaS product Company
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in Sales Enablement or Product Life-cycle
- Exceptional written skills with an emphasis on storytelling
- Strong verbal communication and presentation capability
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while maintaining ownership, organization, and timely delivery
- A deep understanding of how B2B products connect with a customer’s business environment and needs
Responsibilities
- Craft product positioning, value propositions, product stories, and messaging that resonates with Multiplier’s target audience
- Work closely with Product to identify upcoming releases and create a release roadmap
- Work on the development of marketing assets for the launch of all new products and features explaining to both customers and prospects why our new capabilities matter
- Develop and implement GTM strategies and campaigns to drive pipeline growth and conversion, working closely with sales, content and demand generation teams
- Develop assets for marketing campaigns and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value of Multiplier
- Ensure messaging is correctly used across all internal and external communication, this includes sales, customer success, and marketing teams
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Measure, analyze, and report on key metrics related to product marketing activities
