Summary

Join Nextech as a Product Marketing Manager for Nextech Payments and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for our embedded payments solution. You will craft specialized messaging and positioning for Nextech Payments, tailoring it to the unique needs of various healthcare specialties. Partner closely with Product Marketing Managers focused on specific healthcare specialties to define value propositions, pricing opportunities, and campaigns. Drive demand by highlighting how Nextech Payments integrate seamlessly into the PM solution to deliver unmatched value. All activities must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with occasional travel.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience, with a focus on embedded payments or fintech solutions
  • Experience working with a SaaS company, preferably in the healthcare or health technology sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly specialty-focused Product Marketing Managers

Responsibilities

  • Develop specialized positioning and messaging for Nextech Payments that differentiates it within the healthcare payments landscape, emphasizing its seamless integration into the Nextech PM solution to enhance financial workflows for healthcare practices
  • Create and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and enhancements within Nextech Payments, ensuring alignment with the broader PM solution and specialty-specific requirements
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Nextech Payments, understanding its value and benefits across different healthcare specialties. Translate complex payment processing capabilities into clear, compelling messages that resonate with healthcare practices, showcasing how it streamlines financial workflows within the Nextech PM solution
  • Collaborate with Product Management, specialty-focused Product Marketing Managers, and cross-functional teams (including sales, sales enablement, and marketing) to align on the market and product vision for Nextech Payments. Produce tailored marketing collateral, website content, landing pages, and campaigns that effectively promote Nextech Payments to diverse healthcare specialties
  • Own competitive intelligence and market trend analysis specific to healthcare payments, focusing on how Nextech Payments stacks up against competitors in features, pricing, and specialty-specific benefits. Research client personas across healthcare specialties to understand their unique payment processing needs and buying criteria
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies and programs that drive demand for Nextech Payments, leveraging its distinct value propositions for different healthcare specialties
  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in various healthcare specialties to capture testimonials, case studies, and other content that highlights the benefits of Nextech Payments for their specific practice types
  • Monitor and analyze trends in healthcare payments, particularly as they relate to different specialties, to inform positioning and messaging for Nextech Payments
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in embedded payments or fintech, particularly within the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
  • Deep understanding of healthcare payment processing, including the nuances of different specialties (e.g., self-pay vs. insurance-based practices)
