Summary

Join Ledger Investing, a Y Combinator-backed Insurtech startup, as a Product Marketing Manager to build and execute go-to-market strategies for a new suite of product solutions. You will drive product adoption, user engagement, and revenue growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring products resonate with target audiences. This role involves developing GTM strategies, conducting market research, crafting compelling value propositions, collaborating with engineering and design teams, building integrated marketing campaigns, enabling sales efforts, analyzing performance, and supporting product launches. The position is based in the US and is fully remote. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or insurtech. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a B2B product marketing role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, and/or insuretech environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience successfully launching a new digital product, preferably in a startup environment
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, automation, creative)
  • Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans. Expertise in positioning and messaging that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to analyze performance metrics and user insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories, influence others, and collaborate across teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing products, including audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaign management
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities. Use insights to shape product positioning and marketing strategies
  • Craft compelling value propositions, key messaging, and differentiation strategies tailored to various buyer personas and market segments
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to align product and marketing roadmaps. Influence product development by representing the voice of the customer
  • Build integrated campaigns that span digital marketing, content creation, events, and sales enablement to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention
  • Equip business development efforts with tools, training, and resources, including presentations, battle cards, and product guides, to effectively communicate product value
  • Monitor campaign performance and user metrics to optimize strategies and ensure ROI. Provide actionable recommendations based on data
  • Support end-to-end launch plans, including communication strategies, client-facing materials, and internal readiness

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Certification in Pragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance is a plus
  • Familiarity with (re)insurance and/or financial reporting products preferred
