Summary
Join Outreach's growing Product Marketing team and help dominate the global markets in the Sales Execution Platform space. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive product momentum and revenue growth by developing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling messaging, and collaborating with various teams. You will be responsible for market requirements, go-to-market plans, competitive analysis, and content creation. This role requires a proven track record in bringing AI conversation intelligence and voice products to market. The position is based in the Atlanta area or remotely on the East Coast.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working as a product marketer in the technology industry
- Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies
- Proficient understanding of SaaS technology and landscape
- Proven ability to drive key business objectives
- Quick decision making for impactful outcomes
- Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver clear and compelling customer-facing messaging and materials
- Experience working with revenue, marketing, customer experience, and product teams
- Bachelorโs degree
Responsibilities
- Driving market requirements and go-to-market strategies for Outreach products
- Developing proficiency on the Outreach Sales Execution Platform and best practices; be known as a product and customer subject matter expert
- Creating and managing the go-to-market plan for new product and feature releases in close collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, Enablement, Pricing and Packaging, Sales and Post-Sale teams
- Understanding of the competitive landscape to clearly articulate differentiators and gaps across Outreach solutions
- Delivering a strong bill of materials for each release to ensure we have the materials to support go-to-market efforts beyond PMM
- Working with all areas of marketing to drive event content, product videos, demos, training materials, case studies, campaigns, PR and content to increase product awareness on web, events, etc
- Collecting market and customer research to stay in touch with buyer and seller needs through the development of differentiated messaging for our target audienceโs adoption and grow our customer base
- Owning the web experience for the product area, including: Outreach Voice, Conversation Intelligence and Coaching capabilities
