Summary

Join Level AI as a Product Marketing Intern and help shape how we bring our industry-leading AI products to market. You’ll play a key role in defining our positioning, messaging, and content strategy across a fast-moving, high-impact platform. The internship involves developing clear product positioning by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, and market trends. You will act as the go-to-market (GTM) lead for specific products and collaborate with product and design teams to articulate product capabilities and create compelling content. Responsibilities include defining and executing GTM strategies, creating customer-facing content, becoming a subject matter expert on Level AI’s platform, and supporting sales and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, technology, and customer engagement, along with strong communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, differentiated product positioning by understanding: Customer needs, Product roadmap, Market trends and competitive forces
  • Act as the go-to-market (GTM) lead for specific products and industry verticals you will own
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to articulate: Product capabilities and business benefits, Compelling content such as datasheets, sales decks, videos, and landing pages
  • Define and execute GTM strategies to drive product awareness: Identify goals, target audiences, messaging, risks, and tactics
  • Create customer-facing content across formats: Blogs, emails, webinar scripts, use cases, customer stories, and more
  • Become a subject matter expert on Level AI’s platform and market landscape
  • Support sales and customer success with insights on product positioning and market dynamics
  • Track industry trends and competitors to inform marketing and product strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience or coursework in marketing, communications, product management, or SaaS
