Join Modern Campus as a Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts for the Modern Campus CMS, Involve, and Message products. You will design and implement persona-driven marketing campaigns, craft messaging frameworks, and track campaign performance. Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Product teams to align campaign initiatives with SDR outreach efforts. Create SDR plays, monitor outbound performance data, and refine outreach strategy. This role is crucial for driving awareness, interest, and engagement across the prospective customer journey. Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or EdTech product marketing
- Strong background in campaign planning and execution with measurable results
- Clear, compelling communicator with the ability to translate product value into actionable messaging
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with marketing peers to ensure campaign cohesion and with product teams to maintain accurate, timely positioning
- Proven success working with Business Development and Revenue teams to drive results
- Passion for advancing education and supporting higher education institutions
Responsibilities
- Design and implement persona-driven marketing campaigns that highlight the value and differentiation of CMS, Involve, and Message
- Craft messaging frameworks and campaign narratives that align with institutional challenges and Modern Campusβs value proposition
- Track and optimize campaign performance to maximize pipeline contribution and engagement
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and Product to align campaign initiatives with SDR outreach efforts
- Create SDR plays including email sequences and call scripts aligned to campaign themes
- Monitor outbound performance data and refine outreach strategy based on feedback and results
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with student engagement tools, conversational messaging, or content management systems in higher ed
