Summary
Join Nextech as a Product Marketing Manager and play a key role in shaping and executing the product marketing strategy for our portfolio. You will develop product positioning and messaging, create GTM strategies for new product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As the product expert, you will understand client needs and buying criteria, simplifying product capabilities into compelling messages. You will also conduct market research, develop demand-driving marketing programs, and work with key opinion leaders. Requirements
- At least 3 years of enterprise software product marketing experience
- Experience working with a SaaS company
- Bachelorโs degree in business or marketing
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams, clients, and third parties
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Nextechโs products in the market, including educating both the commercial team and the market on this messaging
- Develop effective GTM strategies for new product launches and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan with a focus on driving business impact
- Be the product expert for each of the products in your segment, including understanding the value and benefits of each product individually and when used together; simplify product capabilities into compelling messages and tools that resonate with customers
- Collaborate with Product Management to build a shared market and product vision and work with product, sales enablement, sales engineers, sales, and marketing teams to produce marketing collateral, website content, landing pages, campaigns, and more to promote products
- Owner of competitive intel and market-impacting trends/insights; conduct analysis and research on existing and prospective client personas and their buying criteria and process
- Develop the strategy and contribute to the marketing programs that drive demand
- Work with KOLs for your products to capture testimonials, case studies, webinar guests, and more
- Follow and analyze market trends to understand how to best position products
- Carry out additional responsibilities assigned based on business need
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background with familiarity in Agile and Scrum development
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com
- Experience in Healthcare or health technology desirable
