Summary

Join OnePay as a Product Marketing Manager and make a direct impact on our Invest & Crypto business. You will lead initiatives focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, defining and driving the full-funnel go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities include owning in-app and external communications, translating complex product concepts into clear narratives, leading A/B testing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also monitor performance, identify customer journey friction points, track marketing KPIs, and report on performance. This role requires 5–10 years of experience in product marketing with expertise in brokerage, trading, or crypto, proven success in product launches, strong cross-functional leadership, and experience with regulated environments. Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, with deep domain expertise in brokerage, trading, or crypto
  • Proven success in 0β†’1 product launches and multi-channel growth programs with measurable revenue impact
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfort navigating regulated environments (FINRA, SEC, etc.) and translating that understanding into marketing strategy
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting
  • Proven experience developing and executing A/B tests, experiments, and iteration roadmaps
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; you’ve worked closely with Product, Analytics, Design, Legal, and Ops teams
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, comfortable owning big ideas and rolling up your sleeves to execute
  • Ability to operate in the gray. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions without perfect information, and adapting quickly as strategies evolve
  • Structure to open-ended problems and thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and clarity must often be created, not found
  • A bias for action, a growth mindset, and a deep passion for improving the customer experience
  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Databricks, Tableau, Amplitude) and translating data into recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Be a product marketing leader for Invest & Crypto, driving initiatives focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Define and drive full-funnel GTM strategy, from positioning and messaging to execution
  • Own in-app and external communications, ensuring clarity, compliance, and customer relevance
  • Translate complex product and regulatory concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Lead A/B testing strategies to optimize content, offers, timing/cadence, and audience segmentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partnerships with Product, Analytics, Creative, Marketing Ops, and Legal
  • Work with Analytics to monitor performance and uncover insights, turning data into action across product and marketing strategies
  • Deeply understand the customer journey and identify friction points and opportunities for value reinforcement
  • Track and report marketing KPIs, regularly sharing performance updates and next-step recommendations
