Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in finance, fintech, or financial services
- Proven experience in acquisition and/or engagement marketing
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and analytics teams
- A strategic mindset paired with executional rigor and attention to detail
- A data-informed approach to marketing decisions

Responsibilities
- Lead product marketing strategy across paid media, partner channels, and Walmart-owned properties (CRM, site, in-store)
- Optimize the onboarding experience through structured testing to drive activation within the first 30 days
- Develop content and targeting strategies that drive activation to set up long term engagement
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform messaging and positioning
- Collaborate with Analytics to track and iterate on creative, offer structures, and time-to-bonus unlock performance metrics
