Requirements
- Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with a proven track record of articulating value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences in a compelling way
- Critical thinker with the ability to view the entire customer journey while making tactical impacts through marketing campaigns, internal enablement assets, and training materials
- Proven experience in using key SaaS metrics to inform and guide marketing decisions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, quickly identify what matters most, and drive toward effective solutions
- Track record of high performance and ability to move quickly while balancing quality
- Focused on results
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Passionate about Rad AIβs mission and excited about the impact of AI in healthcare
- 8+ years of product marketing, product management, or similar experience at a technology company, preferably within healthcare
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience and strong track record in core product marketing disciplines, including developing go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, product positioning, and messaging
- Experience in market analysis, competitive analysis, and customer research to inform product and marketing strategies
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for feature enhancements and new product launches
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights Rad AIβs unique value propositions
- Map and maintain the customer journey to manage all touch points from awareness to adoption and long-term engagement
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on product strategy and market needs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, and presentations
- Drive demand generation campaigns and measure their effectiveness
- Support sales efforts with training, tools, and resources to improve product understanding and sales engagement
- Gather customer feedback and insights to refine product messaging and strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in marketing or a related discipline
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and AI technology
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
