Summary
Join Qonto as a Product Marketing Manager to drive growth in the French market. You will be responsible for uncovering product insights, owning the product feedback loop, localizing and launching products, enabling commercial teams, and delivering measurable impact. Requirements
- Experience: 6-7 years of professional experience with strong market and business acumen, ideally with knowledge of the fintech market (can be learned quickly with a track record of adapting to new industries)
- Customer-centric mindset: Proven ability to understand customer needs and leverage insights to drive strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution
- Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify issues, derive insights, and develop solutions using data and feedback
- Collaboration expertise: Experience influencing without authority, building partnerships, and driving consensus across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Strategic execution: Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage complex projects to drive measurable results, with experience leading go-to-market launches
- Language requirement: Native or fluent French speaker with strong English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Uncover product insights: Lead competitive intelligence efforts, gather and analyze customer product insights, and act as the authoritative voice of French users - ensuring local product/feature needs and opportunities are continuously surfaced to shape Qontoβs product roadmap
- Own the product feedback loop: Build and maintain a robust feedback process between French customers, commercial teams, and Product. Synthesize product local feedback and market trends into actionable recommendations, partnering with product teams to influence prioritization and future product development for the French market
- Localize and launch products to drive adoption: Adapt Qontoβs global product strategy and messaging to the French market, ensuring local relevance and compliance. Lead go-to-market plans and customer activation initiatives to maximize product adoption and engagement among French SMEs
- Enable commercial teams: Develop and tailor sales enablement materials, training, and support for Sales and Customer Success teams in France - ensuring they have the resources, messaging, and confidence to win in the market
- Deliver measurable impact: Take full ownership of strategic product projects and initiatives for France. Set clear success metrics and use data to demonstrate the impact of your work on product adoption, activation rates, and business growth
