Summary
Join Roofr as a Product Marketing Manager and play a critical role in scaling go-to-market operations and positioning Roofr products. Lead GTM execution for product launches, collaborating with Product to align roadmap priorities. Manage launch timelines, cross-functional coordination, and internal readiness. Delegate and oversee tactical execution, review assets, and monitor launch performance. Support strategic initiatives, including positioning, research, and competitive insights. Requirements
- 3β5+ years of experience in product marketing in a high-velocity SaaS environment
- Experience managing launches or leading GTM workstreams
- Experience with common product marketing tools like Pendo, Appcues, Navattic, Hubspot, Figma
- Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
- A portfolio of work: sales assets, onboarding flows, adoption campaigns, etc
Responsibilities
- Lead GTM execution for product launches, from planning through post-launch analysis
- Collaborate with Product to align roadmap priorities with GTM needs
- Manage launch timelines, cross-functional coordination, and internal readiness
- Delegate and oversee tactical execution across PLG and SLG PMM Specialists
- Review assets including sales collateral, onboarding content, and lifecycle campaigns
- Monitor launch and adoption performance, and continuously improve GTM processes
- Support strategic initiatives alongside the Sr. PMM, including positioning, research, and competitive insights
Preferred Qualifications
- SMB, construction tech industry, or vertical SaaS Experience is a plus!
- Product Marketing Core Certification is always a nice-to-have
- Bonus: experience supporting both PLG and sales-led motions
