Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or healthcare/technology sector
  • Deep understanding of the US market, with an ability to navigate cultural and market nuances
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and a knack for identifying market opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer pain points and develop positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates our products from competitors in the market
  • Conduct market research specific to the B2B SaaS industry and the US home care sector, understanding customer needs, cultural nuances, and market trends
  • Adapt and localize Australian marketing strategies to align with North American market dynamics and regulatory considerations
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, CEO, and Sales teams in both regions to develop coherent product launch plans, go-to-market strategies, and targeted campaigns
  • Facilitate and create compelling content such as case studies, videos, and website materials, articulating the value of our products to the North American audience
  • Produce sales enablement materials and foster partnerships in North America for content sharing and collaboration
  • Regularly conduct competitor analysis and report on campaign effectiveness, making strategic recommendations for growth
