Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven experience creating successful content, including blogs, technical documentation, and thought leadership pieces
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and customer journey
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies from the ground up
- Excellent communicator who can manage multiple projects and stakeholders (product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment from concept to execution
- Strategic thinker – Understands and can build a “big picture” vision while executing tactical initiatives
- Data obsessed – Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and optimize marketing efforts
- Adaptable & self-starter – Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Customer-focused storyteller with the creativity and writing skills to communicate technical concepts authentically, building materials that resonate with customers and prospects
Responsibilities
- Define and execute marketing initiatives that establish Workato as a category leader in embedded integration, working closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to influence roadmap and revenue
- Create product positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings and speaks to real customer needs across industries and regions
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and key initiatives —from planning through execution and performance measurement
- Create and scale sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, product one-pagers, and competitive comparisons
- Partner with product management to influence the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback
- Collaborate with demand gen and content teams to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline through targeted campaigns
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product strategy and sharpen our value proposition
- Develop compelling content across formats (web, blogs, videos, case studies, etc.) to support the entire buyer journey
- Serve as a key contributor and voice in the market, representing the product in customer conversations, events, and webinars
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud, microservices, integration, automation, low-code/no-code applications, and/or APIs preferred
