Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working hands-on with data as part of a Product team in industries such as Technology, Consulting, Venture Capital or within high-growth startups
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and release management processes
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a demonstrated track record of leveraging data to drive product success and business impact
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (BigQuery, Looker, Pendo, Metabase etc.) will be required
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create messaging for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on the big picture

Responsibilities

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and market research to inform product strategies and prioritization that will drive user engagement and satisfaction
  • Represent the data POV across EDP teams and ensure everyone is working in unison to maximize the value from our data
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with EDP, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product rollouts and iterations
  • Be the liaison between internal cross-functional partners and the product team
  • User Insight: Regularly interact with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating this into product enhancements and new features
  • Run structured experiments to drive a deeper understanding into user behaviour and create visibility into user engagement with specific product features
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future development
  • Align product metrics with the company’s OKRs and help communicate our progress against them
