Product Operations Manager

Summary

Join 1Password's Product Operations team as a remote Product Operations Manager in Canada or the US! You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing systems and introduce new tools, focusing on user privacy and security. This role requires 3-5 years of product experience, strong strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in a product environment
• Understanding of how to turn user needs into products
• Strong strategic thinker able to creatively solve problems, prioritize solutions, and motivate stakeholders to do the same
• Understanding of how data influences decision making
• Ability and desire to learn and teach new tools

Responsibilities

• Build high-trust partnerships up and across organizations, with technical and non-technical teams
• Tackle ambiguous problems with an ability to move to action-oriented solutions, bringing the team along with clear communication
• Creatively solve problems, prioritize solutions, and motivate stakeholders to do the same
• Understand problems completely, resulting in thoughtful solutions that engage cross-functional stakeholders
• Drive product team alignment and efficiency, and overall product delivery
• Contribute to, and help drive, product strategy at a fast moving, user-focused company

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with roadmapping and project management tools like Productboard, Notion and Asana
• An understanding of how and when process accelerates vs. decelerates teams and progress
• Naturally curious and excited to get started, learn, and inspire others
