Summary
Join HackerOne as a Product Operations Manager and collaborate with diverse teams to enhance processes and programs. You will manage critical company-wide initiatives, including product release management and communications. This role requires working with leadership, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive impactful product advancements. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person requirements in Seattle, WA; San Francisco Bay Area; Austin, TX; or Washington, DC. You will support and optimize product development processes, tools, and communications across the Product and R&D organization. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Operations or Program Management at a fast-growing software company
- Track record of success delivering processes and frameworks that drive business results
- Experience working with Agile Software methodology
- Able to support teams in both North American and European time zones
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams remotely, occasional travel required
Responsibilities
- Identifies and partners on strategic Product programs; works across the company to drive adoption and orchestration of various workstreams
- Coordinate cross-company communication and alignment within the team and across departments
- Analyzing and optimizing the feedback loops with product management, including the feature request process and product conversations with customers
- Maintaining the usage and governance of product management tools
- Executes on the culture of an efficient organization, and embraces the mindset of efficiency gains via the implementation of automation and AI
- Embraces the diversity of the team and ideas and is an active driver of positive culture
Preferred Qualifications
- Past usage of product management, product analytics and release management tools is a plus
- Data analysis, product analytics and experimentation skills are a plus
- Experience and interest in security companies and technical or engineering organizations are a plus
- Understanding of AI and automation technologies is a plus
