- Analytical mindset – You’re comfortable working with data, whether it’s reviewing user feedback, analysing performance metrics, or learning SQL (no experience required, but a willingness to learn is a plus!)

Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Help implement and maintain workflows that improve the efficiency of product development and delivery
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams, ensuring smooth communication and goal setting
- Tool Admin: Support management of internal tools like Jira and Confluence, ensuring they’re optimized for team success
- Issue Tracking: Keep an eye on operational challenges and help resolve bottlenecks in collaboration with the wider team
- Feedback Coordination: Gather, organize, and share stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing improvements
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for workflow optimization and propose solutions to boost efficiency and scalability
- Product Delivery Support: Play a critical role in launching new products and features
- Fraud Review: Investigate flagged accounts and set up a robust fraud review process with thorough documentation
