Summary

Jun Group is seeking a Business Development Manager with 3-5 years of experience in the mobile advertising industry to develop new partnerships and grow existing ones. The role involves initiating relationships with lead mobile app developers, generating leads, organizing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, managing high-profile mobile publishers, and representing HyprMX at industry events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, eager to prospect and sell, and passionate about digital advertising and the mobile app ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in business development or partnerships
• Passion for mobile apps, games, and digital advertising
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Detail-oriented and enjoy analysis and problem-solving
• Naturally curious and always finding ways to contribute

Responsibilities

• Initiate relationships with lead mobile app developers
• Generate leads, develop prospects, and build a business funnel
• Organize and lead calls, sales presentations and in-person meetings
• Work with legal team on negotiating and finalizing contracts
• Oversee and optimize in app performance, and manage relationships with high-profile mobile publishers
• Work cross functionally with internal teams to execute business initiatives
• Represent HyprMX at industry events and conferences both domestically and internationally
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies, trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Existing relationships with mobile app developers is a plus
