Summary

Join Jacuzzi Bath Remodel as their experienced Costco Program Manager to oversee and manage the company's relationship with Costco. This pivotal role involves strategic program development and implementation, ensuring alignment with Costco's operational requirements, and fostering strong relationships with Costco's leadership teams. The Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing monthly reporting, providing training to team members, managing back-office functions, identifying and addressing potential risks, conducting performance reviews, and managing a small team of Costco Coordinators. The role is primarily remote with up to 25% travel required. Compensation starts at $65,000+ based on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, preferably within retail or wholesale environments
  • Proven track record of successful project management and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong attention to detail
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Costco escalations process- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams including Customer Care, Sales, Operations and supply chain to ensure alignment with Costco's operational requirements and standards
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Costcoโ€™s Leadership teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination
  • Develop and implement monthly reporting structure to internal Leadership on key program metrics
  • Provide initial and ongoing training on Costco program guidelines and requirements to Jacuzzi Bath Remodel team members
  • Manage back-office functions for the Costco program such as; invoicing, vendor management, ERP/CRM data entry
  • Identify and address potential risks and challenges related to program implementation, proposing solutions in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting to evaluate program success and areas for improvement
  • Foster strong relationships with Costco executives and team members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and collaboration
  • Manage a small team of Costco Coordinators; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management and development
  • Role will be primarily remote but may require travel as needed up to 25%
  • Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
