Summary

Join KeenLogic as a Program Manager supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)! This primarily remote role oversees contract operations and project management for a large IT and cybersecurity team. Responsibilities include program management, acquisition support, risk management, personnel management, contract reporting, and cloud services oversight. You will coordinate with DLA leadership and stakeholders. Periodic meetings at HQ DLA (Fort Belvoir, VA) or other NCR locations may be required. The position requires an active Secret or Top Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, a Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMP), and significant experience in program and leadership roles within IT and/or consulting.

  • 5+ years of experience in program management
  • Must have 10 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields; have experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones; and have experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of approximately 60 personnel
  • These personnel include cloud cybersecurity, data storage, data processing and other information management professionals who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems
  • Perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations
  • Includes supporting recruiting of personnel (both technical and non-technical), conducting personnel evaluations, and on- and off-boarding of personnel from the Task Order team and/or iGov Technologies
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities
  • Establish and alter (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities
  • Coordinate activities with and reports status to the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) representatives
  • Develop and execute to a Task Order Transition In and Out Plan, including conducting the Task Order Kick-off Meeting
  • Assemble and deliver to the Government Monthly Status Reports, annual Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP), monthly Cloud Services Reports detailing the Government’s AWS cloud usage, and dozens of other required Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) artifacts
  • Develop and maintain a Program Management Plan (PMP) for managing a portfolio of business systems in DLA’s Government Cloud (GovCloud) environment
  • Conduct our Risk and Opportunity Management process and continuously manage risks and opportunities to completion
  • Travel to DLA CONUS sites as required, including Ft. Belvoir, VA and/or the surrounding National Capital Region (NCR), Orlando, FL, and Philadelphia, PA
