Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Extensive knowledge of foreign language acquisition/training and contract management
  • Proven leadership experience, including supervising personnel and managing contract deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Ability to work on-site during business hours and be on-call 24/7 for urgent contract matters
  • US Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of contract performance, including project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Supervise and coordinate project teams, ensuring all contract deliverables and performance objectives are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and government stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and contract compliance
  • Oversee project financials, resource allocation, and risk management to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery
  • Manage personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to ensure a capable and responsive workforce
  • Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, policies, and contract-specific requirements
  • Manage the development of targeted law enforcement curricula and the deliveries of language trainings in all 50 states, US territories, commonwealths, and major domestic metropolitan areas with close proximity to DEA offices
  • Address and resolve issues, discrepancies, or complaints related to contract execution in a timely and effective manner
  • Be accessible during normal business hours in all time zones of the continental United States

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience managing foreign language trainings, preferably with the DEA or other federal government agency
