Program Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years managing IT projects in the government sector
• Excellent analytical, project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Prior experience through all stages of the delivery program lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and share risks and risk mitigation strategies to ensure contract deliverable compliance
• Monitor status of deliverables through completion, ensuring on-time delivery and ongoing reporting of status, risks and timelines
• Drive continuous improvement and foster innovation to enhance program outcomes
• Lead new business capture management and proposal development of follow-on program efforts, proposals, and adjacent business capture in coordination with the Capture and Contracts team
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders across the project

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification or other Program Management certifications
• Experience supporting federal agencies
