You will collaborate with engineering teams and project managers to ensure project goals are met, acting as a liaison between the delivery team and clients. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative functions, reviewing time submissions and invoices, collaborating on project reporting, documenting issues, and championing project experience through communication. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the technical industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the technical industry
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with Client as well as staff and leadership across functional-departments to complete tasks
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects and ensure they are executed with excellence
- Familiarity with google sheets and/or excel functionality
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administrative functions of assigned projects including onboarding, scheduling, and reporting
- Review and approve weekly time submissions and monthly invoices
- Collaborate with Delivery team to report on project scope and budget against Statements of Work (SOWs) weekly
- Ensure that action items, project issues and roadblocks are documented and reported
- Champion project experience through excellent communication and relationship building amongst our customer stakeholders and Caylentβs delivery, sales and leadership teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development and/or data engineering disciplines
- Experience working in a client-facing environment
- Experience working in consulting or professional services
- Knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies and tools
- Experience using Project and Agile Tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Notion, etc
