Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in an agency, start-up, or fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline of deliverables across multiple teams
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, including digital marketing SMEs, team leads, freelancers, sales, client success, support, product, and engineering
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project updates, roadblocks, and solutions clearly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail
- Critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset are essential
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital projects (websites, apps, digital marketing campaigns, etc.)
- Understand OneLocalβs product offering to manage cross-team workflows, optimize processes, identify dependencies, and align team dynamics to project outcomes
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates, facilitating effective communication, and documenting project outcomes
- Administer and maintain departmental initiatives, including streamlining workflows, organizing data, bulk ticket creation, capacity reporting, and time tracking
- Allocate and manage resources (team members, time, budget, etc.) effectively, identifying potential roadblocks and escalating as needed
- Manage escalations by assessing workflow impacts, coordinating resources, and tracking details to provide actionable insights while proposing process improvements
- Ensure project updates are actionable, streamline cross-department communication, and monitor SLAs to identify and resolve inefficiencies
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the agile product development lifecycle is an asset
- Proficiency in Jira Projects, Jira Reporting, and Salesforce is an asset
- Effective facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
