Summary

Join RSI Security as a Project Coordinator and contribute to the success of multiple client projects in cybersecurity and compliance. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, tracking progress, managing budgets, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This 100% remote role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in project coordination (ideally in cybersecurity or IT), and proficiency with various software applications. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a PMP certification is preferred. Requirements

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience —ideally in cybersecurity, IT, or consulting
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously, tracking scope, timelines, budgets, and risks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, scheduling, and issue escalation
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plans, action logs, meeting notes, reports)
  • Facilitate regular stand-ups and status meetings with internal consultants, sales, and client stakeholders
  • Monitor task completion in Asana and ensure data hygiene for accurate resource and KPI reporting
  • Anticipate roadblocks, propose solutions, and drive prompt issue resolution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives—identify process gaps and help implement best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional ( PMP® ) certification
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, NIST, ISO 27001) or compliance programs
