Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Success, or Project Coordination
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • Experience using task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams

Responsibilities

  • Attend Project customer meetings to take notes, track discussions, and document action items
  • Ensure all tasks assigned during meetings are captured, documented, and followed up on
  • Work closely with the Project Team Lead and Sales/Customer Success teams to distribute and track post-meeting deliverables
  • Use various systems to log meeting summaries, customer insights, and next steps
  • Assign, track, and follow up on action items for both internal teams and customers
  • Assist in CRM hygiene by updating contact records, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining engagement history
  • Conduct pre-meeting research to prepare the team with insights about client needs, company details, and industry trends
  • Coordinate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to align on engagement strategies
  • Support analysis and outreach efforts, ensuring data and insights are effectively leveraged
  • Leverage tools to automate meeting notes, task tracking, and CRM updates
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies within Project engagements
  • Provide feedback to enhance meeting support and follow-up processes
