Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with Wrike, Jira, or similar project/task management tools
  • Comfortable working in digital environments and navigating collaborative workspaces
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong team player

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day execution of marketing projects within Wrike, including task creation, assignment, tracking, and status updates
  • Monitor Jira boards and manage ticket workflows to ensure requests are routed and resolved promptly
  • Maintain accurate project timelines and documentation to support broader team visibility
  • Identify and escalate project delays, bottlenecks, or risks to appropriate stakeholders
  • Partner closely with teams across Marketing, Creative, and Operations to maintain workflow alignment
  • Participate in recurring meetings, capturing and distributing notes, decisions, and action items
  • Ensure documentation and assets are organized and accessible for internal teams
  • Conduct basic reporting in Wrike to support milestone tracking and performance reviews
  • Manage Jira tickets, including creation, tagging, assignment, and follow-up
  • Uphold team standards by following naming conventions, process documentation, and SOPs
  • Ensure all project activities align with company policies and compliance requirements
  • Apply established checklists and templates to maintain consistency and quality in task management
