Project Manager

Summary

The job is for a CORE Grants and Operations Training Specialist at CALSTART, an organization focused on transportation decarbonization and clean air. The role involves managing the Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE) and other initiatives, educating and training stakeholders, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring data management and reporting.

Requirements

• 1+ year of project management experience
• 1+ year of Salesforce user experience
• Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Environmental Science, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Assist with CORE Dealer education and involvement, training dealers and purchasers of off-road equipment on participating in the CORE Project
• Assist with all tasks related to administering the California CORE Project by fulfilling functions as outlined in CARB's grant agreement
• Provide regular updates to the CORE website, including the equipment catalog via WordPress and other content management programs
• Input new OEMs, Dealers, and Equipment to the Voucher Processing Center catalog
• Help with monthly data acquisition, validation, and reporting
• Use CALSTART CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce and Monday.com to keep and maintain records for CORE engagements and meetings
• Assist with the development of standard operating procedures for internal processes
• Assist with organizing CORE-related workshops, events, forums, presentations, and webinars
• Assist with other CALSTART initiatives as requested by other teams/departments
