Project Manager

Summary

Join CardioOne in our mission to positively impact US cardiology as a highly organized and experienced Healthcare Project Manager. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing healthcare projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant project management experience within the healthcare industry
• Start-up experience a plus
• Expert proficiency with Visio, Monday.com (or equivalent), and PowerPoint
• Proven experience in project management within medical practices, including successful project completion
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), scheduling, and practice metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Content expert for project management processes and methods
• Focuses on enhancing practice efficiency and effectiveness through project management methods
• Assists in creating and tracking projects within project management software
• Contributes to the development, implementation, and execution of all Patient Experience and Engagement improvement efforts
• Supports patient experience improvement efforts with clinical and operational leaders as needed
• Works collaboratively with the operations team, organizational leaders, staff, and physicians to assist in successful project implementation
• Supports interdisciplinary teams with an emphasis on developing and refining methodologies to continually improve the patient experience and engagement across CardioOne

Benefits

• Full-time base salary range of $82,000 to $97,000
