Project Manager

Summary

Join Cennox as an experienced Project Manager specializing in electronic security solutions for banking and retail industries. Lead and deliver end-to-end electronic security system projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines and resources, and ensure projects meet industry regulations and best practices. Monitor project progress, report to senior management and clients, and assess new technologies to enhance security. This role requires significant experience in electronic security project management and strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on managing projects in electronic security, preferably in banking, retail, or similar sectors
• In-depth knowledge of electronic security systems, cybersecurity protocols, and industry-specific regulations
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outside (including during inclement weather)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to sit and drive vehicle with extensive travel
• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
• Vision correctable to 20/20

Responsibilities

• Accurately define project scopes and develop comprehensive proposals, ensuring meticulous management of project budgets and expenditures to meet or exceed margin expectations and financial objectives
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of electronic security system projects, including but not limited to, access control systems, surveillance technology, intrusion detection, and cybersecurity measures
• Collaborate with stakeholders across banking, retail, and commercial sectors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring successful project execution
• Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking project milestones and deliverables
• Ensure projects comply with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly in data protection and cybersecurity
• Assess and implement new technologies and trends in electronic security, advising on solutions that enhance operational efficiency and security for Cennox's clientele
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery of security solutions
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
• Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly desirable
