Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop comprehensive project plans
• Manage project timelines and ensure all milestones are met
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of various projects
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes for recruitment projects
• Lead and manage ad hoc projects, including research, process improvement, and client-specific initiatives
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams
• Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in all project activities
• Track and report on project progress and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in executive search or talent recruitment
• Familiarity with the unique needs and challenges of the nonprofit sector
