Requirements

• 8-10 years in a Project Management role
• Experience working in the Information Technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field
• PMP certification or relevant certifications
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Strong leadership, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures
• Provide support to business stakeholders in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Track project progress and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders and management
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are documented and followed up on
• Manage project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional department leaders to define, prioritize, develop projects, and ensure alignment and integration of project activities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization
